Initial Design-Build Payment

$10,000.00 initial payment to begin the Project Planning and Development phase and to initiate Material Procurement for your project.

Partial refunds may be granted for eligible returns, subject to the following conditions:

• Services that have been partially utilized or completed are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the service, minus any applicable fees or charges.
• A restocking fee may apply for materials used during the service. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Certain services or products may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
